We also provide pensioner assistance where required to ensure that the customer is receiving what they are entitled to in relation to household concessions with their concession card. With the customers consent we obtain permission to have authority on the account’s so we can handle all questions / queries or issues that could rise in relation to their account’s, thus saving the customer time spend on the phone with providers. This is more prevalent with small business who just haven’t the time to be chasing up issues especially has time is very valuable to them.
